Photos from your Cell Phone to the Web?

I often get asked... "What is the best site to use for sending photos from your cell phone to the web?"

I have to admit. I really do not know the answer to this question. I think it depends on what phone you have, what carrier you have and what site you want to upload the photos and videos to.
